I believe discipline & consistency go hand in hand. By showing up weekly your habits will begin to change. You become a disciplined individual. It's that simple. I'm here to keep you accountable and help you out along the way.

 

STRENGTH

The main pillar of any fitness routine. More muscle means more calories burned at rest. Lifting weights is far superior to cardio in this regard.

 

FAT LOSS

 I help people lose weight and gain muscle. We accomplish this through lifting and tracking daily calories and macros. However, I am a huge fan of walking to create a calorie deficit and lose fat.
